Vita

Philipp Wehner is a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology in the Application-Specific Multi-Core Architectures (MCA) research group at the Ruhr-University Bochum (RUB), Germany, since June 2013. He received his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the same university in 2013. For his master thesis with the title “Development of automotive ECUs, focused on Hardware/Software Co-Design Aspects”, he received the CADENCE best master thesis award in the international contest for Automotive Embedded Systems. His research interests include simulation of heterogeneous multi-core architectures, reconfiguration and Networks-on-Chip (NoCs).
